Direct deposit rebate payments usually post to your checking account 24-48 business hours after being processed. You can see the date your direct deposit payment was sent by clicking the Rebate Details tab on the header bar of your shopper dashboard.
If it has been less than 2 business days since the “Sent on” date, please allow another day for your rebate payment to post to your account.
If it has been more than 2 business days since the “Sent on” date and your deposit still has not been posted, contact us. We will investigate and determine if your payment was returned due to an invalid account number or another issue.
