Why was my redemption voided?

Redemptions are voided when a rebate dispute is initiated by a seller and the dispute is found in favor of the seller.

If an order number that is submitted to claim a rebate is subsequently cancelled on the marketplace, refunded or determined to be invalid, a seller may initiate a rebate dispute.

When a rebate dispute is initiated we will contact you for more information. If we do not receive a reply, or you are unable to provide a valid order ID that is not returned or cancelled, your rebate will be voided.
