I want to return an item I purchased

You are permitted to return any item you purchase through a rebate promotion, but are required to self report the return and cancel your rebate payment.

You can cancel your rebate payment for any item you are returning using the following link: https://rebaid.com/update-order-number

Note for discount promotions where no rebate payment is issued, you can return your order without notifying Rebaid or taking any other action.

If your rebate payment has already been sent and can no longer be cancelled on the update order page, please contact us for further instructions.
