At the end of your campaign, any rebate that are funded but not redeemed by shoppers are applied to your account balance. You can apply your account balance towards a new campaign, or refund it to your card on file.
To access your account balance click the Billing tab in the left navigation bar of your Rebaid seller dashboard. There you will see your account balance along with two button to refund to your card on file, or apply to a new campaign.
