When pending rebates are changes to Under Review status, that typically means there are issues with your account that need to be resolved prior to the sending of your rebate payments.
Common reasons for Under Review status are when accounts are registered with partial names, initials or other incomplete names. We can only issue rebate payments to the full legal name that matches the name on the bank account where you will be depositing your rebate payments.
Your rebates may also be placed in Under Review status if we receive seller reports of invalid order numbers being entered, or orders being refunded/ cancelled while still seeking a rebate payment for the incomplete purchase.
When your account is placed in Under Review status you will receive an email detailing the reason for the review and requesting the needed information to complete the review and release the hold on your account. Please check your email inbox for more information.
