Shopper accounts that do not have any rebates in Pending Payment status can be closed. If you have rebates scheduled for payment, please wait until your rebate are in Paid status before initiating the closure of your account.
To close your account, make sure you are signed in, then click the Profile icon in the upper right hand corner of any page.
Then click the Profile button from the drop down menu.
The final step is to click the Close Account button.
