The following changes to the redemption process and payments will become effective February 1st, 2022.
Redemption Updates
Shoppers will no longer be prompted to enter their rebate payment method and associated information for each and every redemption. This change will streamline and shorten the redemption process.
Additionally we have moved the rebate reservation to the Redeem Offer button. If you are successfully able to click Redeem Offer, the rebate unit is reserved for you and you have 2 hours to submit your order number and complete the redemption.
This allows users who prefer to receive their rebate payments via Direct Deposit to have a fair chance to redeem the most desirable promotions. Previously the additional time needed to enter account and routing numbers often made it difficult to successfully redeem competitive offers.
Payment Updates
All redemptions made before January 31st, 2022 will be automatically paid based on the "Expected by" date displayed during the redemption process, which is also displayed under the Rebate Details tab in your shopper dashboard.
All redemptions made on or after January 31st, 2022 will be applied to your Account Balance and become available for withdrawal based on the "Available by" date displayed during the redemption process, which is also displayed under the Rebate Details tab in your shopper dashboard.
You can withdraw your account balance as often as once per day. After initiating withdrawal of your account balance you will be prompted to select your rebate payment method. Rebaid continues to support Mailed Check and Direct Deposit rebate methods.
Additionally the $1 per redemption fee charged for rebate payments sent via Direct Deposit has been eliminated. There is now no fee for rebate payments sent via Direct Deposit.
